I eat here once in a while. Food is pretty good and they always have a few of most of their main menu items ready to pick up. I do like their pretzel dogs when I’m more on the hungry side and their pretzels are good but just underneath the quality of auntie Ann’s.

Showed up about 45mins before closing time and the guy «working» walked from the back with an irritated look on his face. He did not greet us and I had to engage him. I have never been to one of these so I was unsure if the food was made-​to-​order or warmed in a display and he was no help. He told me, «this is what I have left… or I can make you something if you want.» As he pointed to a few items on a table behind the counter. IF I WANT?! Are you serious? He made it very clear that he did not need or want my business. I still have not tried Philly Pretzel Factory and I will make a point to never do so.
