Pizza Hut

I came here for the lunch buffet with my daughter.
Every pizza they had on the buffet was old and dried about.
I asked about getting a desert pizza made & the waitress told me they would bring it out if they make one. I said «can they make one?» She wasn’t sure… 15 minutes late one came out.
The Lettuce on the salad bar was old and starting to turn brown.
This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. I will not be going back to this place.

My wife and I unfortunately had the worst Pizza Hut experience of our lives yesterday. We stopped in around 2:00, trying to avoid any sort of lunch or dinner rush.
We were greeted promptly and seated, or drinks came out and we ordered in a timely manner. No complaints there.
One irritating trend that occurred several times while we were there was the phone. They have one hell of a loud and obnoxious ring, and it literally rang for over a minute and a half straight on several occasions. Meanwhile the only 3 employees I saw ignored it.
Our appetizer came out, 8 bone out wings came out as 7. Not sure how this happens, but our waitress did inform us of the mistake and told us they dropped another 8 for us at no charge. I would’ve rather paid half price for the 7 than have another 8 but whatever, atleast they tried to make up for it. And did. If we were hungrier.
The pizza was good, came out in good time but was missing the crust flavoring we asked for, so the waitress took it back to the kitchen. Sure it was a small miss but attention to detail goes a long way. Two small misses in one trip where two things were ordered… come on.
I have eaten at this location several times before and they were all as expected. Not sure what the problem was yesterday, maybe understaffed? Either way, it’ll be awhile before we visit this location again.

This review is based on the delivery as I have not dined at this Pizza Hut location. I have ordered with them numerous times over the years. Delivery has always been timely and food is actually still warm when it arrives. This last order in particular made my husband and I realize they really do follow directions. After placing an order online he then gave them directions to draw a T Rex under the box. And our pizza really did arrive with a great dino drawing! It’s official, I love this place!

Coolest pizza hut I ever saw. Drove here on the way to NYC from DC. We sat at a booth with a marble/​granite table and looked out the window at mountains.

This is fairly standard fast food «pizza», with fairly standard mixed service and clean-​but-​manufactured atmosphere. I will give them this, though: The pasta dishes are not great, but are better than I expected.
