Sproesser’s hydo-seeded 5 adjacent properties in our development. Due to the greenish hue of the hydo-seed process, it was easy to see right away that the coverage was uneven and spotty. The first yard looked OK, but the coverage got worse as they went to the next properties. As the grass started to grow in, you could see what we expected-that there was uneven coverage and spots of heavy seeding mixed in with uncovered dirt. There was also a lot of different weeds mixed in with the grass. My phone calls resulted in a minimal call-back effort and i never got a hold of them. A neighbor finally got in touch with them over the phone and they agreed to come and take a look at the grass. But of course, they never showed. I was very disappointed with their work and would not recommend them.
