The manager is so rude. He is unprofessional. My order to my husband was wrong and he didn’t nothing about it told me over the phone «too bad» that’s not good customer service at all! I called the corporate line because he was so rude to me. Do not go here at all. North Haven is so friendly. Nice people in NH.

I’ve never been to this location, however my boyfriend regularly shows up as they’re closing and they always help him out. They should tell him to kick rocks and come back during normal business hours, so I have to give them props for always going out of their way when they really don’t have to. His heart is in the right place (bringing me chocolate covered strawberries all the time for no reason), but he’s a jerk for showing up at 6:59. Regardless, they serve him with a smile and despite the fact that I’m sure they’re mentally punching him in the face (I would be), the fruit is always fresh, great quality, and prepared perfectly.

Adorable products that make perfect presents! Although I find the items all expensive and overpriced, it is actually quality! The fruits are always extremely fresh and beautifully designed. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

Recently we had a «bouquet» delivered to our office from Edible Arrangements in Hamden. It was good fruit while it lasted — and a good alternative to a cake or just flowers that will die and be forgotten. Its fruit, not much they can really do wrong with it! It is **pricey** though.
If you don’t know about Edible Arrangements — its a franchise that i think started here in CT and is popping up all over the world now — they sell you a big fancy basket of fruit cut up to look like flowers. overall you get about $ 8 worth of fruit, some dipped in chocolate — and i think that will run you $ 40+.

Always a wonderful present, to give and to receive. Balloons, cards, and an amazing visual. The fruit is a slice of heaven, and their gourmet chocolate can’t be beat. Even just stopping in for a thank-you card, they tempt you with a fresh fruit sundae! Fruit topped with rich, creamy chocolate and whipped cream is the perfect afternoon pick-me-up.
I recommend the website or visiting in person over ordering on the phone, as twice now I haven’t gotten exactly what I ordered.

Edible Arrangements are beautiful, healthy gifts for the holidays and otherwise… When I was working at a certain bank we used to have regular deliveries of strawberries and chocolate covered strawberries and fruit bouquets and good lord was everything fabulous! The fruit is plump, juicy and fresh and they always deliver right on time to your door. Even thinking about the arrangements makes my mouth water… I’m totally having a chocolate covered strawberry craving right now…
