Tania is a great trainer! I benefited a lot from her instruction. I didn’t do any serious body building before working with her and she is super patient about it. I feel like I’m on the right track to achieve my goal.

I have been training with Tania for about 6 months now, and I would be confident to say that you will not find a better personal trainer in the area! Her attentiveness, enthusiasm, and in-depth knowledge are things that have encouraged me to continue training with her time and time again. She is always on-time, incredibly personable to talk to, and always ready to put you to work. Since I have started in March I have seen my body change in ways I’ve never thought possible. I feel confident in the gym, have a better idea of proper form, and just feel great about myself overall. My stamina and endurance is just ridiculous compared to when I started. My strength has improved considerably– and because of Tania, I will be competing in my first bikini competition in the fall!(This is coming from the forever«chubby» girl in high school people…). I came to her with a specific goal and she is doing her all to get me there. She puts me in the right frame of mind for success, and she’s excellent with nutritional guidance as well. What I also love about Tania is that there is a method to her madness. She will always have a reason to why we are training this or that, or eating this or that.(In the beginning I was always asking why we were doing particular things within our training. She always had a logical answer. Now I don’t question – the process is obviously working!) If you are looking to go above and beyond what you think is possible of yourself– it helps to have the motivation and expertise to get you there. I am lucky to have found Tania on my journey of improving my life, and recommend her whole-heartedly.

Tania has been absolutely fantastic. When you can’t run a mile as a kid in gym class, no one ever tells you there is actually a RIGHT way to run, and that you can learn to do it. Tania has taught me how to run, how to use my muscles to lift, and I’ve gotten stronger every single week. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone who wants to work with someone who not only motivates you and gives you a program, but someone who also teaches you how to be more fit along the way.

I started kickboxing with Tania a couple of years ago. As a runner, I was looking for some fun cross training activities. My body was so sore the next day(in a good way)! I love Tania’s energy and enthusiasm. She gets you going and she’s fun to be around! Her 5k coaching and healthy potlucks are fun and innovative. She taught me how to make delicious smoothies, gave me nutritional tips, and helped me get into shape. An unwelcome visitor, cancer, crept into my life this year but Tania continues to encourage me, to push me to do only what I can and she motivates me to my fullest. Using creativity within an exercise and nutrition regimen is essential to banish boredom and Tania’s the master at this!
