Laser Body Solutions

First of all, I have no grudges against LBS (laser body solutions) in Hamden and neither am a competitor but please do NOT go to Laser Body Solutions for any medical treatment/​procedure — the Dr is unprofessional right after you make the full payment and until that he is all warm and cozy.
Their zerona and lipo light treatments are a farce — they’ll argue that it is not a weight loss treatment and that the expectations need to be reasonable, both of which I have/​had fully agreed with but you’ll find out after just a couple of visits/​treatments that they have no proper procedure for those treatments — they just wing it. In fact their nurses who are otherwise very friendly ask you (the patient) for steps to perform the treatment because the Dr didn’t care to advise them how.
And here’s the shocker of all — their body sculpting machines are not 100% operational — when questioned about it, the Dr didn’t care to even provide his explanation to my face and let his nurses do that for him — even if he was busy at that time, there were other times when I met him after the fact when he could have had the decency to explain it in person. And guess what the explanation was– «oh yeah, it is a known issue and we have someone coming in to fix the equipment.»
For $ 900 per day visits which is what I had to shell out, for a total of $ 3600+tax (and this was no money that I picked off a tree), this is no way to be treated. Find better alternatives to this place. Consider yourself warned. Again I have nothing to gain with this review and just want others to not commit the same mistake I did by picking this place. Thanks.

I had lipolight done to my stomach at Laser Body Solutions. It is awesome. Lost 5.5 inches from that area in 9 treatments.
I have lost almost 100 lbs on my own in 2 years. I had been for other consultations and what I appreciated about LBS is the fact that the dr. actually listened to these and praised my solo efforts, then giving sound advice and expectations for the procedure. Other places I had consultations were rude because I’m not a barbie and one flat out lied telling me someone lost 25 inches in 6 treatments (lol, really?). Dr. Gold and his staff are super nice and really helpful. If anyone is considering Zerona or Lipo Light I would highly recommend going here.
