I LOVE these greens! I buy them at the Union Square Farmer’s Market and have only tried the micro green mix, but WOW. It is delicious!

Lettuce is a funny thing to get all wrought up about, but when my favorite farm (Falls Brook) ceased production two years ago, I was beside myself. I finally discovered Two Guys at Bishops Orchards and buy their mesclun mix and micro greens whenever I’m in Guilford. On Sundays, find at least One Guy (Perry) at Chester Sunday Market with a table full of his famous mesclun mix and spectacular Lettuce Bouquets (pictured).
