Blo Out Lounge & Colour Bar

I know this is a random review, I have had amazing blow-​outs here before, but today they went above and beyond! I live across the street and my dog squeezed out of the gate. He was walking loose when they found him and went door to door looking for the owner.
These are talented people AND wonderful human beings! I’ll make my appointment here always!

I love this salon! When I first called as a new client to make an appointment, the manager sort of «interviewed» me to find out my needs. She then paired me w an artisan based upon my needs and what I was looking for. On my first visit I was given a tour of the salon. What I am most impressed by, their integrity and positive message. Rosie is my Artisan. I have had several appts w her, and have never been happier! I would highly recommend this salon if you are looking for a nice place w reasonable pricing and great work!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Blo Out! From the moment I walked in, Beth at the front desk was SO sweet and welcoming. It was a Saturday morning — I don’t usually get all dolled up to get my hair done. Most «high end» salons will make you feel like a shlep if you don’t «look the part.» Not here! They treat their clients with respect and make you feel at home right away. You get the luxury without the snobbery!
Caterina did my cut — she is nothing short of amazing! I showed her pictures of what I was looking for and told her my hair issues. She took the time to really listen. Never made me feel rushed. Plus, she’s so insanely knowledgeable about her craft. I immediately felt I was in good hands. She was so thorough — I don’t think I’ve ever had such a great cut! She worked with my texture and was able to tell me what would work for me based on my face shape, head contours, etc.
Oh, not to mention the complimentary beverages and snacks! I had a delicious hot cider. And the hand massages! They really make you feel like royalty. I was just blown away!
The best part — the prices for the calibre of service are outstanding! I’ve been to more expensive places and have left highly disappointed.
I am so incredibly happy (and relieved!) to have given Blo Out a try! I’ll be a client for life. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

This place is just the best! When I first went, I assumed it was just a blow out bar, but it’s so much more than that. My first experience, I went for a blow out. I had Rosie, and she did a fantastic job. Next time I went was to correct too-​blonde highlights that I had gotten somewhere else 3 days before my wedding! Rosie also did this, and I was so happy that she was able to fix my hair that I really almost cried! Since I now know that they’re a full-​service salon, I’ll definitely go back for additional color work and cuts.
This place really makes you feel like you’re getting pampered. They really make you feel special as soon as you get in. They have beverages like specialty tea and coffee, and you get a nice hand massage while you’re getting your blow out. I definitely highly recommend this place if you want to feel spoiled :)

The salon was amazing! The staff was so inviting even down to making you drinks while having your service done! I had moved to Florida and found an amazing coloring there, purples and orchids, not your usual! I was up for vacation with the family at the shore and my color had faded much more quickly than expected. They fit me in on VERY short notice as I had an event to go to and needed my funky locks refreshed! Arianna did a beautiful job! Thanks so much! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this salon! I’ve been a client of Katie’s for a couple years now and absolutely love my hair and feel amazing leaving my appointments. The staff is super sweet, they carry some fantastic Bumble & Bumble products and its a beautiful, comfortable salon. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an incredible hair experience! Caterina has a great team with a clear vision and exceptional customer service skills. Well worth considering if you’re new to the area or thinking about switching salons.

I had such an amazing experience with Dianna! I have had some very bad experiences with other salons in the area doing typical jersey hair or cutting my hair way shorter than I asked. The staff here completely puts me at ease and I will definitely be coming back!
As soon as I came in I was greeted, checked in and given a hot drink, win already as it was 20 degrees out! Lol! My haircut took less than an hour and I was back to work within an hour, with a great haircut. Exactly the length and style I asked for! This salon is highly recommended!
