I ordered and received two chesterfield sofas costing over $ 6,000. The sofas were delivered with the freight company given to me to use. There are crimp marks which look like a tool that was used to hold onto the leather where the buttons are, several scratches and what looks like overstretched leather. In addition some of the nailheads look like they are popping out because the leather is too thick, and not inline with the other nailheads. I tried emailing cococohome, but they told me that it is the shipper’s fault and the shipper has not responded to my voice mails. So it appears that I will have no way to rectify this unless I try to take them to court. I would not suggest using this company due to my experience.

I ordered a chesterfield sofa from COCOCO 8 weeks ago and haven’t received any information on delivery yet. I contacted the salesperson by email and haven’t received a response. It was supposed to be 6 – 8 weeks to get my new sofa. Poor customer service!

This place is WONDERFUL! I just received my 10 ft, custom sofa. I am always concerned about the quality of the upholstery when I order a product that I have custom made, but it was perfect! Also, I had my WHITE sofa, upholstered in sunbrella fabric, and there was no extra charge! The employees are also the most patient people on earth!

We bought a large sectional from cococo. We love it. I have to say that Anthony and Mary Beth were great to deal with. The showroom has some amazing stuff and we were able to pick out a couch in the right size and color that really works in our living room. The couch itself is amazing. It looks like a custom couch. The leather is better than anything I have ever seen. This couch will last 20 years easy. Great place.

All of my expectations have been surpassed in purchasing two sofas from Mary Beth at Cococo Home. Mary Beth had great ideas and the patience of a saint as I came back to the showroom a few times before placing my order. I purchased Chesterfields and they were completed before anticipated and were delivered sooner too. But, the most important thing is that I have the most stunning and well made sofas and am looking forward to enjoying them for many many years. This is the way to buy furniture!
