Worst customer service ever. Called to make an appointment because my phone wasn’t working well. Called several times and each time the call went in and out and finally dropped. When I called the fourth time the rep said «This is the fourth time — do not call anymore!» I managed to get online to make an appointment (Store Hours read that they’d be open) I even got an email confirmation confirming my appointment. When I got there — they were closed. Thus RUDE and really need to stay on top of technology and update your hours when they change — it’s 2014 not 1999.

My husbands phone died before his upgrade so he took my upgrade. The salesman Kenny did an amazing job of switching the upgrades, activating and showing my husband how the new phone works.
The next day I had a problem with my phone so I called Kenny and he was more than polite and happy to help me which he did. He resolved the problem in under 5min I would have waited longer for a customer service rep.
Nice location and fully stocked.
