Compared to my visit at a Burger King in Springdale, Cincinnati, Ohio area the other day for iced coffee(I have a lot of migraine headaches away from the coasts), these people understood me without a problem when I requested a «Large Mocha Iced Coffee». I didn’t have to repeat myself and there weren’t any further questions. A manager put it together, which was surprising. It shows me a «can do» attitude at this store.
