I have been getting my nails done for years and I have never had some one as good as Linda Truong. She is professional, fun and truly talented at what she does. Anytime I have a Pinterest idea she is game no matter how difficult it might be and she is the only technician I will go to. I haven’t really had a whole lot of experience with the other techs there but overall they have a very friendly staff and their facility is extremely clean. I would recommend this salon(especially if you are considering going to L&T nails).

Horrible experience. Try to avoid this place, if possible. My sister and I went in on a Friday afternoon as walk-ins, and at first the staff appeared friendly. There was only one other customer in the store. As soon as we sat down, both nail techs rushed through our shellac manicures. Very unfriendly. Nail polish all around the skin of my nails. my nails are uneven from the filing. One of the nails never dried right and the nail tech had to do it over 3 times so she was rude and it still isn’t fixed. Also, you have to pay extra for different brands? Never heard of that before. We also used coupons, however, they definitely up– priced everything so the coupons even make a difference. Not very clean either, after my nail tech used the manicure tools, she just dropped them straight in the draw. Never going back for sure! My sister had an equally bad experience.

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE. I have gone to Envi Nails for the past two years and I have always liked them. Today I went in for a routine fill-in, and the nail tech would not give me a fill-in because she claimed my acrylics were too damaged. I told her I had just gotten them done a few weeks ago and they should be fine, but she ripped them all of and then told me I had to get a full-set, not a fill-in. Unhappy, I said that was fine. She then cut my nails WAY shorter than I had asked, and didn’t put the fake nails on for acrylics. I assumed she thought I did not want a full-set of acrylics and was just going to give me a mani, so I didn’t complain. Later while paying, two of my nails smudged, and the nail tech fixed them, but was very angry about it. I was rung out as paying for a fill-in, so I was pleased I did not have to pay for a full-set, since that is not what I received. After waiting another 20 minutes for my nails to re-dry, the receptionist said that she had to void my transaction, and I needed to pay for a full-set. I explained what happened and said I didn’t think that it was fair to make me pay for a full-set, but she did not care. I ended up spending 30 dollars more than I intended to for extremely short, smudged, NON acrylic nails. I WILLNEVERBERETURNING. They were all very unprofessional and barely spoke English enough to even comprehend what I was saying.

I’ve been to the Envi salon a total of about six times. The place is clean, and for the most part, the nail technicians are friendly and appear to be customer service oriented. Unfortunately, after receiving a pedicure at my list visit, one of the nail techs appeared to get upset when I asked for my polish to get changed on ONE of my nails of each foot. He even had one of the other nail techs fill in for him towards the end of my service, saying that he ran behind and had somewhere else he needed to go. As they switched, they spoke briefly in their native tongue. The nail tech that filled in for him was not pleasant at all, and appeared to have an attitude towards me for having to finish up his work. The interesting thing was that at the end when I paid the full $ 60 for my service, the person who checked me out was the nail tech who was supposed to originally complete my service! I left a message with the salon to share my concerns about my experience, but no one ever took the time to call me back. Needless to say, that was my last time supporting their business, and will make sure to relay my experience to anyone else that will listen!

My favorite nail place! Very clean and friendly. Wish they had more classic colors in normal polishes. Most recent visit, was not as satisfactory as previous ones — had a new technician and nails were uneven, but prior to this visit, never had any issues.

I made an appointment for gel polish. Reasonably priced except the fact you have to pay extra for some colors :/Everyone was nice and the girl who did my nails did an awesome job and my pedicure was nice.

Seriously the best place I’ve been too around here! All the employees are extremely nice and make you feel like you’re their only client! Their great at designs, even those crazy ones you see on Pinterest! Not to mention they serve margaritas with their pedicures!

I visited because I purchased the Groupon deal for the Hawaiian Hibiscus manicure. As another reviewer echoed, there was nothing really tropical about it. There is a bowl with water, pebbles, and some sort of dried herbs sprinkled in that I got to relax each hand in. There was not another thing tropical about the manicure… I was thinking that«Hawaiian hibiscus» indicated at least hibiscus flowers or hibiscus oil or something you know.“Hawaiian” or «hibiscus.»(I also didn’t smell anything tropical in the products she used so I’m really at a loss for what was Hawaiian about the manicure.) Also, when I selected my polish, some of the choices I looked at seemed goopy and old. That gave me a sinking feeling. My tech was pleasant enough and her station was clean. I was advised that I could use the drying station after my manicure(a round table with dryer vents in the center) but I didn’t know how long to sit there or if she was going to advise me when I was done. She started work on another client and didn’t come back. I just sort of left after several minutes and I hoped my nails were dry. Finally, my manicure chipped on both thumbs by that evening. By the next day, it was chipped on several nails. Totally worthless; especially as I got them done for an event occuring the day after my visit. I didn’t go back to have it fixed as it was inconvenient to do so(I don’t live nearby) and probably would chip all over again. I ended up taking off the polish and redoing my own nails.

Great place to get a mani & pedi. They are really friendly and all speak excellent English which I really appreciate! Try the Margarita Pedicure! :)

The chairs are great. The girls are nice and easy to get to know. The place is clean and, if you have an appointment, on time. Any time they have been a few minutes late they’ve thrown in a «premium» color for free or a free appliqué on my nails at the end. They’re a nice group of people and they do good work. I’m happy to spend my money at their establishment, have great nails, and get the occasional pedicure as well.

Rude staff. Even after appointment one has to wait for 20 mins to 40 mins. Never recommend to anyone

Kind of an awkward location — I guess it’s nice to have it there for all the suburb moms. It’s clean — I saw disinfecting products all over the place and being used. It’s run by a family — all the kids help out. Everyone is really friendly. You can tell they have a lot of regulars because some of them knew everyone by name as they walked in. I had a groupon for a pedicure here and though it turned out really nice and he did a really good job — it took an hour. Good for me because I don’t mind relaxing in those massage chairs and getting my feet treated well, but for others I think an hour is a long time for a pedicure. Pretty normal prices — basic manicure is 15 and pedicure is 20 i think. Good spot if you’re in the area. On the small side.

I got the Hawaiian Hibiscus manicure and therapeutic specialty pedicure through a Groupon deal. I had an appointment but ended up waiting a few minutes anyway after selecting my polish colors. Jennifer was my nail technician. She was very pleasant and did an outstanding job with the pedicure. The hot stone leg massage was fabulous. The massage chair was wonderful too. I did not like my manicure as much. First, it was not Hawaiian like at all, or even remotely tropical or out of the ordinary. The polish application was flawless just as with the pedicure, but the nail shaping left something to be desired. The thumbnails were crooked and uneven, and the asymmetry really bothers me. Also, she cut a bit far while trimming my cuticles, which stung when she applied the rubbing alcohol later. I would possibly return for a pedicure but not a manicure.
