Really don’t care for this location. I really think their staff is disingenuous and are really just there. I get passion from other locations and I don’t really seem to get any of that here. They rarely ask to help you or suggest anything, just really are there to make sure the store doesn’t burn down but half the time could be replaced by a self checkout. I can’t judge them on this but really don’t like their corporation in general taking advantage of kids who turn in games and they give them nickles in return. I saw a girl bring in stacks of games, some brand new and get less than $ 10 in a store credit or $ 4 cash for them for them to turn around and re-sell them for triple. I know that’s how they make money but wow. Plus they market games as «new» yet they’re never sealed in plastic unless it’s new out that week. An opened case is not«new» if you’ve opened it… But what really does it for me *drum roll* their inability to answer a phone! I’ve called many occasions and they never answer it, they ignore it, turn down the volume, etc. I even had another location call to check on a game once and I said to the clerk, I will bet you they won’t answer, and sure enough they don’t… I tested it once after calling for an hour I went in to find my answer myself, and the store was empty. So I called from my pocket while in the store, heard the phone ring, and the people turned the volume down. Just not the best location. Their lack of service will hurt this store.

Maybe, I’m different from other people, but when I look up and catch someone smirking at me, I don’t appreciate it. He then asked if he could help, and I asked about a certain product and they didn’t have it, so he was somewhat more professional at that point. They don’t do anything that you can’t get online for less, but I didn’t want to wait so long in this case. I won’t return after this experience, though.
