Gymkata is a awesome training facility that will take you to a whole new level of who you are. I love the personal aspect of the training. If you like one to one style training, great medium sized group classes, and you are done with the big commercial style gyms than this is for you.

Been going to Gymkata since February of this year. It has been very motivating and the trainers and other members have become like family. The trainers take your goals very seriously and want to work with you on what you want to achieve. Each of the trainers have their own personal style which is great for mixing it up so you never get bored. I think that is what has kept me going with the training as I never feel like I am doing the same thing. Because I know if I was, I would get bored, and no longer would want to do it. It is not about working out, they want you to also take on a healthier lifestyle. During training we talk about our food habits and they always are making suggestions to make improvements on choices. I definitely remember those suggestions and have incorporated it into what I choose to eat and drink. The facility has several cardio machines such as treadmills, a stepper and some bikes, but most of the cardio is done on the training floor. Most exercises uses free weights, medicine balls, ropes, benches, and some weight machines. Some of the classes we do boxing, which is also a nice change of pace. Whether you come here for personal training or for the boot camps, you will not be disappointed!
