Craig is awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable on everything electronic. Very accommodating to all of my questions and concerns, does not act distracted or look as though he is ready for the next customer. I’m checking prices for washers, dryers, and TVs, as I’m planning to move soon and I won’t have any of those with me.
I told the salesperson up front that I was «just nosy» to avoid wasting his time.
He told me quite a bit about their 90 day price guarantee, which sounded great. They also check competitors’ pricing to make sure they’re matching them. They even have a machine just for that. I would guess it’s just a computer connected to the internet, dedicated to finding prices of the equipment they carry.
It seemed as though the prices were about the same as Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Best Buy. I didn’t see any 3D TVs (what I’m selling, not moving), although they had three of these 4K TVs (that also have 3D capability) and apparently sell quite a few. They had a large array of washers and dryers with a wide range of prices, mostly mind-​numbing prices. How is a washer or dryer worth $ 1199.99, if it doesn’t fold clothes and put them away?
I’ve had dealings with them in the past and know to watch prices carefully week-​to-​week but that is true anywhere. The second thing I will always remember is when buying something with cash, you will have to wait for a check from the corporate office should you need to return it – and you will wait up to 2 weeks for it.

Because of UPS dropping the ball for Christmas deliveries HHGREGG gave me a $ 75 gift certificate so I would have a gift to put under the tree on Christmas!
At first I was upset because according to UPS they received my package on Dec. 16^th & still had not delivered my item. The on-​line guy for HHGREGG went above & beyond so I could go to the store & at least be able to pick a small gift to put under the tree,
