Had a Great experience with Jays furniture! Dealt directly with Jay … Walked us around showed us different options of things we were looking for. He also made us consider options we hadn’t even thought of. We purchased a sectional when we had gone in thinking of something totally different! Appreciated his opinions and kindness. Great customer service! Delivery guys right on time! Even moved our old furniture to basement for us! Would recommend highly!

Aggressive Salespeople are the best!!! Said no one ever. I recently visited the Jay’s Furniture location in Fairfield and was greeted by a salesman who could only be described as either having wasting syndrome or the most functional meth addict ever. I told him that I was«just there» to look at beds, which must’ve been a challenge for him. He spent a good 30 minutes trying to convince me to buy a bed that day, fill out an application, or at least give him $ 20 so he could guarantee the«No Delivery Fee» deal he was trying to buy me with. Relentless… literally to the point of making the visit incredibly uncomfortable. I felt like I needed a shower, everyone was smarmy. There is NOTHING worse than a sales person being so aggressive that they make the situation awkward. It was almost like he was afraid to not make the sale, which is interesting considering he made it a point to tell me they don’t work off commission and that his«Dad» was the owner… I will mention that I loved their«Jesus Saves Lives» banner plastered in the back of their show room, I guess they think Jesus is a fan of their shady business practices. READ the application carefully people, also pay attention to their signs and verbiage… if you were to buy a bed there you will be getting some random off brand box spring, which isn’t really a big deal… but it is considering you can get a random off brand box spring cheaper at other places. Bottom line if you’re looking for super cheap furniture and Rent-A-Center won’t lease to you… go there.
