Had Kona ice from the truck. It’s a frozen party in your mouth. yummy! The regular one is $ 4 and you can choose from a variety of syrups including strawberry, tigers blood, lemon, grape, piña colada, mystery flavor, blueberry, and orange.
I really liked that it was self serve because you could choose your syrup, as little or as much as you prefer.
Nothing beats Kona ice on a warm day! Ice with sugar makes everything all better!

Kona Ice is a Big colorful water ice truck — also selling ice cream novelties — and they come once a week to my job. A great break in the afternoon and fun to see full-​grown business folk running after the «ice cream» man. Nice man selling the water ice — I had the kiddie size ($ 3) and it was plenty big. I tried the Strawberry Daiquiri flavor and got my sugar fix on for the afternoon.

I’m sorry to say I cannot give Kona Ice a recommendation. They did not show up for my son’s birthday party. When I called, the owner had no recollection of our conversation and stated I did not send in a deposit. Luckily, I had saved our email conversations. No deposit was requested in any conversation. I’ll keep checking reviews and hopefully Kona Ice improves their customer service because I love the idea.
