Lumber Liquidators

Friendly, knowledgeable staff with great selection and service. This is my third time ordering flooring from this location and I have always been satisfied. This store provides better products and pricing then nearby home improvement stores. Will definitely be going back when I am ready to do the basement floor.

Our recent visit to this location was outstanding! The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating to the 100+ question was posed as we tried to finalize our new hardwood floor selection.

Lumber Liquidators is a warehouse of hardwood flooring. Everything from laminate to unfinished to bamboo and exotic woods. They have a very nice selection, including the full line of Bella Wood. The showroom is a bit small and when it’s crowded, it’s difficult to see the selection.
I found the sales person to be very impatient and actually rude. And because of how he treated us, I don’t want to buy from this location. I would rather travel a bit to another Lumber Liquidators and give them my money.
The salesman became very impatient and actually started mocking us and snickering when we could not keep straight the 15 different species of wood and which ones darken with time, which ones lighten with time, which ones are too soft for high traffic areas, etc. I’m sorry, but we don’t live this every day. This is completely foreign to us. We’re laying hardwood through an entire house, this is not a purchase that should be made hastily. And if you can’t take 20 minutes to talk us through it, then you just won’t get our money.
My other issue was we asked for three samples of wood. They did not have one of the species as a sample, and didn’t offer to order one. And what they did give us for the other wood was about 4 by 4 inches. How can you take a piece that size and determine how it will look laid out through an entire room? You can’t! Another store we went to gave us 24 by 24 inch samples.
I will not give this location my business. They’re rude. The only reason they get two stars is the selection.
