Max Stacy Flowers

I am so fed up and disappointed with this place. I called to set up a meeting for a wedding consultation. Right away, «Lisa» told me that I didn’t need to book right now and I could just come in and look at books. I have 11 months until my wedding and I want to book early! That way I can lock in 2014 prices and not have to scramble to find the florist that fits our needs! I told her I was available today or Friday, she said Friday worked better, great! I informed her I was only available until 10:00am though. Her response? Well we have deliveries around then, that’s not a good time for us. I couldn’t take it! I’m calling you to possibly book you for a wedding which would pay you a few thousand dollars and you don’t want to even try to make time, but instead make me feel like a burden on you?! I was done and just told her not to worry about it and thanked her for her time. I can’t believe this is who they put in charge of their weddings! Maybe try someone who has an ounce of customer service?! I will GLADY be looking elsewhere and I’m glad I took them off my list of possibilities so far in advance! By the way, this is also the second time I called and gave them a chance, the first time I was also told to just come in to look at books, but she wouldn’t even let me make an appointment then for a consultation! Pathetic.

Aside from periodically dropping in to get flowers, this business assisted us with obtaining the bouquet flowers for our wedding. My wife wanted calla lilies for the bouquets and boutonnieres, and we were not only able to order them through Stacy Max, we were able to get them for a very affordable price. When they arrived, they were fresh, beautiful looking, and held up well during the wedding and reception the following day.
The afternoon of the wedding I stopped in on a whim and asked if I could get roses and rose petals for the hotel room. I was able to get 25 red roses and a big bag of rose petals (they had to rip the petals off of roses to make the bag for me) for under $ 50, including a plastic vase in case the hotel did not have one handy for me. I was in and out in under 15 minutes, and on my way to the ceremony. To help me pull off a last minute item like that so affordably and quickly just really made our wedding night.
Stacy Max has roses all the time, 25 for $ 25, and they do a Friday $ 5 special. If you want/​need to pick up some flowers for someone and are looking for good quality flowers without paying the FTD price, I think you could hardly do better than this store.
