I always come back to this place because I always forget that I don’t really like the food that much. I do have to say the service here is always excellent. There is nothing bad to say about it, the staff here at this location is top notch. If I had to put my finger on what I don’t like about the food is maybe it’s a bit too salty? The beef just seems to be overly seasoned making it a bit too salty to the taste. The milkshakes here aren’t bad. the fried pickles and French fries are decent. there’s just something fundamentally not great about the burgers. Unfortunately, since the burgers are the main course at this restaurant, that’s not a good thing.

I ordered a bacon cheese big burger and rosemary fries. Very greasy but delicious! Fries are amazing. I also like the hot/spicy fries but they usually put way too much seasoning on them. The service is very good here. Always looking to help. I don’t like that they bring out my order incomplete. My family of four like to eat at the same time. And the topping on the burger were fresh yet skimpy. One piece of bacon broken in three s. 10 $ burger, I think they can do better. So 5 star flavor burger, 1 star on the toppings vs price. Solid 3 out of 5. Oh and the shakes are terrible in my opinion.

Consistently delicious burgers and fries. The salads are great as well — very fresh tasting. The service is fast and the place is great for casual lunches, dinners, and eating out with kids.

I stopped into Smash burgers for lunch today. I never been there so I thought I’d give it a shot. Very disappointed! The burger and fries are very greasy! The bun was soaked in oil and when u press on the burger, it oozes grease! I never seen nothing like this! I wanted to ask for refund back, but didn’t want to make a seen. I ate want I could tolerate, than threw the rest away. The milkshake is good and service was excellent. Skip this restaurant. There’s plenty around.

The burgers are the best. Hot juicy and on point. The veggies are awesome. The French Fry’s suck. They are small and thin. 5 guys has you beat on FF.

I love smashburger and this location is really great. Their restaurant is always very busy, yet it’s always clean and tidy. Their staff is always very friendly and ready to help you with anything, they do come around and offer service if you need it and really seem to care about their guests. The food is all made fresh to order and is very hot and great. Everything is a la carte which can really make it pricey for a burger and fries but it’s definitely worth it you can tell it’s quality food. The smash fries are always great. I’m very sad to see they discontinued their frequent burger punch cards that was a great program.

I was so excited to take my sweetie to Smashburger after I’d tried the one in West Chester. I got the black bean avocado ranch burger, and when I’d had it the other day at the other location, it was fantastic! We took a seat outside since it’s finally getting warm enough to do so, and the orders came out pretty fast. His order was perfect and he loved it. I looked at mine and it was missing something… I asked an employee nearby and she said it was a club, and that they would make me a new one. Huh? This was a black bean burger? She takes it back in and comes back with the same burger, but this time it had the ranch slathered on it. She says nothing about it and sets it down. The one thing I hate for a black bean burger, is for it to be dry. That drives me crazy. Well, this one was definitely dry and the taste was just different from the location I’d had the other day. I am baffled by this as it is was SO different and so disappointing. I remember having eaten here when they had first opened and was disappointed then too. I don’t think I’ll go back to this location. It’s not worth the money.

Had the bacon cheeseburger with haystack onion rings. They gave me one pice of thin sliced bacon and broke it in half. It was a good burger but not worth the price and the onion rings were too salty. Go to five guys and get what you pay for. If your into getting your money’s worth.

The food was flavorless and extremely greasy. Just unimpressive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I give them a big thumbs up. Too bad their product falls so short. Probably won’t ever go back.

Very good Swiss mushroom burger. The shakes are ridiculously awesome just missing a cheery on top.

This location was large and clean. My husband and I shared a Mushroom Swiss with a veggie black bean patty substituted in for the beef patty. The burger was huge — definitely too large for the bun in circumference. I appreciate all of the food, but it makes it a bit messy to eat. My husband thought the fries tasted a bit stale, but they were ok by me.

I’m really surprised to see this is a national chain. It was so blah that I don’t understand how this business has ever expanded. I’ve tried a few of the 5 Guys-esque burger places, and this is probably the worst. I don’t particularly love this restaurant concept, but I’m typically open minded as long as the food is good. We came in at 8:00, two hours before closing, and staff was all over the place like they were going home in five minutes. The girl working the register was yelling at the kitchen staff to «Chill! I have customers I’m helping out here!» I found it strange that she felt yelling in front of customers was a better option than letting the kitchen staff do their thing, or better yet, walking to the back of the house to ask them to be quiet… quietly. When the register gal was done with customers, she stopped texting long enough to command another employee to make our shakes. She then continued texting, oblivious to the couple standing at the register. Milkshake gal stopped to ogle a baby for several minutes before deciding she’d make our milkshakes. While waiting for her to complete the shakes, the people forced to wait for register gal to stop texting(who came in 5 – 10 minutes after we did) got their food. I watched with increasing sadness as our bags of food sat on a counter, not under a heat lamp, while our shakes were spun. This was one of the smallest shakes I have ever seen… and it was $ 4.50. The salt in my wounds was that the milkshake wasn’t even full. I was flabbergasted that she looked me in the eye and handed me a milkshake that was ¼ empty. I almost said«May I please have the rest of my [tiny] $ 4.50 milkshake?» but I was exhausted and hungry after an Ikea marathon so I let it go(also, I don’t actually have the cajones to do that, let’s be real). The burger was flavorless, the fries were soggy and the onion stacks had a very weird flavor that threw me off. The best part of my meal was the ¾ of a salty caramel milkshake. I’m not sure how anyone could give this place more than two stars, even if you look past the service. The food was disappointing, at best.

Came back a second time since we had scrounged up another coupon. I’ve upgraded my rating from 2 to 3 stars after having one of their burgers. I had the BBQ, Cheddar & Bacon large burger and I must say their burgers are more impressive than their chicken sandwiches. The beef reminded me of a steak burger from Steak and Shake, but of course a lot thicker. Overall a good burger — still not gourmet by any means but a decent alternative to the typical fast food joint.

Really good burger and milkshake, but pretty pricey. I got a BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, Chocolate Shake, and an order of Cheese Fries, and my bill was OVER $ 13! Found the burger patties to be a little on the thin side — if you want a thicker burger, get a double. Didn’t try the Smash fries because frankly, the rosemary in the seasoning was a turn off. The fries in general were really thin — thinner than McDonalds, but not as thin as Steak n Shake. I will probably go back again to try a chicken sandwich, but wasn’t overly impressed with the burgers. Staff was a little iffy– shift manager took my order and she had a rotten personality.

I have eaten at a couple of Smashburgers, this being the one closer to home. I still prefer Five Guys(perhaps I’m sentimental), but Smashburger is no slouch. The burgers taste fantastic, and the service is great. This particular store is fast and the staff are polite and helpful. I love being able to customize my burger and having so many tasty options to do so. My biggest struggles with Smashburger are the grease and the fries. Their burgers are juicy, which is great. Unfortunately, they’re very, very greasy, which is something that is starting to be a concern as I get older. Not that it’s going to stop me from ordering one once in a while. The rosemary fries are ridiculously good. Unfortunately, they come in a small serving. Not a big deal, but I feel like I get a better value at other restaurants, even if they aren’t seasoned the same. Glad to finally have one of these nearby. What a great addition to Bridgewater Falls.

I was in town for Thanksgiving and looking for a quick burger fix after a long day of Black Friday shopping. The boy talked to his sisters & they recommended Smashburger. Seeing as how much we love Columbus’ Graffiti Burger, we decided to give it a try. The milkshake quality is about the same —– delicious. Smashburger had a few things going for it —- less expensive, larger milkshakes, and additional offerings(chicken & hot dogs). But, it just didn’t measure up to my Graffiti Burger. The burgers had an odd spicy taste and the buns were far inferior. We both went with the classic egg bun and immediately wished we hadn’t. The burgers were smaller & many obvious burger toppings were missing. Where are the banana peppers? And my favorite, the provolone cheese? Plus you have to pay extra for the cheese, mushrooms, & a few other toppings. The milkshake definitely hit the spot, but I left the restaurant hungry and unsatisfied.
