I needed the services of a good packaging store recently, having to ship an expensive Atmos clock and Questar telescope from New Jersey to California.
Communicating with the people at this store was very easy by e-​mail. I furnished them with very, very specific packaging instructions and they provided accurate quotes.
What’s most important is that both of these highly fragile items arrived intact today, proving that this UPS Store could follow instructions and pack fragile items carefully.
