Bad customer service will cause me to switch buying habits immediately. Consumers, there are a million choices out there; don’t put up with shoddy service. I switched to this location, which is out of my way, because the location at Route 33 and Paxson was less than satisfactory. I had no problems with this location, until I went in at 5 p.m. Dec. 8 to drop off two prescriptions. Now, as everyone knows, these stores stay in business because as you drop off and pick up your meds, you fill your cart. That’s what you do. well, I will not be going back as the head of the pharmacy department herself told me I would have to come back to drop off my scripts because I was«too early.» i told her that myself when I gave them to her, because I knew I was 2 days early on them. This had never been an issue before; they just filled them when the insurance company gave them the go ahead. Apparently they don’t do that anymore. You have to come ONLY on the exact day. As she put it «They don’t hold them anymore.» And I don’t shop there anymore — at any Walgreens. That’s how it works,
