Yopo II

Yopo II is a good take out Chinese food place besides it being the only place in town. I don’t eat here too often, but we usually grab some take out on New Years Day to have a nice lazy day with the family.
Wonton soup has a good flavor, with a nice light broth. Wontons are thick and doughy. The crispy noodles that come with this were freshly made. The crab ragoon was also a good version — I don’t know why they dont call these cream cheese wontons?
The beef and broccoli was very greasy so you know it was pretty tasty, but damn too heavy. I was also a little disappointed in the sesame chicken being a bright red color — has to be dyed that way. Lo Mein along with the Shrimp and broccoli were good dishes.
It’s Americanized Chinese food for sure, but it is done better than most places in NEPA so I would say give them a shot!

I’ve tried them all and this is the best for sure.

We get the take out from here regularly and dine in occasionally. We have never had a bad meal and love just about every dish we have ordered. The family running the place is friendly and helpful. I would recommend it any time!
