Was here on a Friday night. Was t that busy when we got here. Beer was flat and not that cold. Service took a long time Not recommended.

We absolutely love this place… We have been coming for almost 2years now and drive 30 miles to come here verses going to Baton Rouge (Bluebonnet location is HORRIBLE) Food and Service is always exceptionally well for us

Had a great experience with great service & they were very quick to put on my browns game ! Love watching eight games at one time to watch my entire fantacy football team! The owner was funny & fun to talk to about sports. I go every sunday for the direct tv nfl ticket & wings

Great place to watch a game! Great food, Good beer and great service! These bad reviews are way off and obviously those people just hate the world and are picky people!

Service was ridiculously poor. Believe it was because we complained music was too loud in the bar area and we believe bartender took offense. Waitress told us he (the bartender) was upset because he wanted to «listen to the song that was playing». Other patrons agreed that the music was too loud. Later in the evening we could not get anyone’s attention for final bill so we playfully threw a rolled up napkin toward the bar area. Bartender came over and when we admitted we had done that, he physically got in my daughter’s boyfriend face and attempted to physically push him towards the front entrance. Inexperienced young waitress said daughter’s boyfriend threw a punch which is absolutely not true. Believe they are just intimidated by the bartender, which we could sense when we asked for the music to be turned down and waitress was scared to do it. Regardless, the bartender initiated the physical confrontation unprovoked, and though we were wrong to throw the napkin, bartender never has an excuse for initiate physical contact with a patron unless he is physically threatened first, which he was not. We can now figure out why this BWW has reviews on Unilocal that show similar poor reviews. I have been to multiple BWWs in the southern US and this unprofessional behavior will not make a good name for BWW. BWW need to address this «Anger Management» issue with this bartender.
Lots of other good places to go in this college town (like Tommy’s on Thomas) so skip this place to avoid poor and unprofessional service and behavior.

The recent remodel made the place much better to watch the game. It’s more open so you can see all the screens the food has been pretty good lately as well. Would recommend for a night out watching sports and drinking beer.

I’m not one that just goes around rating places 1 star. But this place is honestly deserving of only 1 star.
Myself and a friend stopped in on a week night. The place was nearly empty. Only 2 tables were taken. We stood at the sign that says «wait here to be seated» for over 5 minutes. Finally we just went and found a table ourselves not far from the bar. The bartender (a very friendly and attentive lady) came from behind the bar and got our drink orders and quickly brought them out to us (very good mixed drinks). And then we waited and waited for someone to come take our food order. Literally at least 20 minutes. A few waitresses/​waiters appeared for only seconds and then disappeared completely ignoring us. I finished my first mixed drink and the bartender returned asking if I’d like another. She could clearly see we were very unhappy with the wait so she actually ended up taking our food order and bringing it to the cook. It took a other 30 minutes after placing our orders to finally get our wings, which had obviously been sitting for a while because they were almost room temperature. The wings were mediocre at best. After finishing our food, we couldn’t even find a waitress to bring us our bill. The bartender ended up going to get our bill for us. And WOW! The wings came out to a dollar per wing!
DO NOT waste your time or money going to this place.

I have eaten here many times. I love the food. However the service is AWFUL!!! Really the servers that work there are some of the worst servers I have ever seen. Tonight I picked up a ToGo order and no one could figure out who took the order so I could pay for my food. Turns out she was chilling, talking to another employee. Oh and I enjoyed seeing another server walk around with a cigarette behind her ear. Yuck!

Had a good visit parked at Wal mart an walked over since I drive a big rig it was Super Bowl Sunday place was packed sat at the bar the bartender was hilarious ordered food at half time everything went well for being as busy as they were I had a pleasant an enjoyable experience so they get thumbs up from an outsider no problems here!!!

I’ve been to this BWW a few times and it’s consistently been bad. Service is slow, food takes forever to come out. The food is what you might expect. However my desert heat wings were WAY over cooked last time. They got my friends order wrong last time and the place is never busy. I would suggest any other place than this wild wings.

Always been good when I go. Good draft beer selection. Great Caribbean jerk chicken sandwich

Decided give this location another try. No change in their slow service. Waited for out food for over a half hour. Only saw our waitress when we received our drinks and our food. Which we ordered simple meals. Absolutely the worst location I’ve ever been to without a doubt.

This is the most annoying place I’ve ever ordered. There is this one server Spencer; make sure you DO NOT get him. He won’t check on you, won’t get you refills, got my order wrong.
I recently found out that the only reason he hasn’t been fired is because his parents run the place.
He was really a little bitch and Id avoid this place at all cost. There is a chilis across the street. Save yourself.

I’ve been to many Buffalo Wild Wings locations in Louisiana and in other states and this one is by far the worst. I’ve never seen such horrible customer service. I would rather buy warm Natty Light and watch a game on a tiny cell phone screen than try to watch a game at this place. The people here just don’t care. Its amazing how these people are able to retain employment. Any other place, they’d be fired in a week.
I’d like to know from management what kind of Mickey Mouse operation are they running here? The food is OK so I’d suggest take out. The only reason why I’d recommend ever dining in is if you’re a masochist.

Disgusting ! Worse service I’ve ever seen. My medium boneless tenders were heavily breaded & hard. The sauce was overbearing but made it ok enough to eat where the sauce covered the chicken. My boyfriend got a 15 piece which were carribean jerk, asian zing, and honey bbq flavor. He hated them all but the bbq but didn’t even finish those. The server didn’t even ask what I wanted to eat & finally I had to get up & go to the front desk to place my order. I’ve got no idea why this place is popular. That’s what you get when young adults /​teenagers who can care less are running the joint.

I was in Hammond for the evening on business and started looking for something besides fast food… ended up at the Buffalo Wild Wings in the bar. I am not a recurring BWW client (only been once before in Houston)… but it sounded good. It was ok… I sat at the bar for a while before I was waited on… it was a Tuesday night at 8:30 so it wasn’t b’cause they were too busy… Other than that, it was just fine.
