Confused. I have gone to the other Don Andres location in Munster, IN and they are not the same. The horchata(rice water) was very good! The service from the two ladies was excellent! The rest of the food was confusing, lemon rice soup, followed by chips and salsa(salsa was not good) and a taco lunch platter. The rice was not cooked well, it was soggy and gritty. Bottom line, it was not what I expected.

We’ve only been there for breakfast. They have the best chorizo and eggs in the area. Highly recommended.

Have been coming in recently for their breakfast. Big menu with very reasonable prices. Lots of American breakfast dishes for a Mexican place. Very good food and friendly service.

Stopped by here today for lunch. The service was good. The food was good. I had the cheese and onion enchiladas. It was more onions than cheese inside. I would have preferred more cheese but it was still tasty. My husband ordered the tacos and said they were good too.

This is a great place, a hidden treasure(when it comes to Mexican food). Located near St. Joesph’s Catholic Church on Hohman Avenue, it’s hard to miss. It’s bright, clean exterior is an eye catcher, and it’s just as clean(and beautiful) on the inside. * The food is awesome, service is fast & friendly, but parking may be a bit of a problem. It’s manageable, but you may have to walk a little ways. * I went for breakfast and tried the MEXICANSKILLET… fabulous! I’d definitely go again! When I went(9:45am), there was nobody there. I’m thinking, that once«the WORD» gets out how TERRIFIC this place is, it’ll be even harder to get a parking spot. I’d visit this place soon if you’re interested.
