I have enjoyed wonderful service both times I have visited this Dunkin’ Donuts. The location is convenient (Indianapolis Blvd off of Michigan St. in East Chicago), although it is inside a gas station. Still, I really appreciate the above-​and-​beyond kindness of the DD staff– and will be back again.

Going inside for service is usually fine, but using the drive-​thru is basically asking for rude, inept service. During a recent trip home with family, we attempted to place a multi-​item order and the woman taking the order was so impatient she kept interrupting us with «is that it?» Um, let us finish. We’ll tell you when we’re done. When we checked our bag and noted items missing, she treated us as if we were the ones who made a mistake, berating us for «not knowing what we want.» No, we know what we want: good, friendly, attentive service. Obviously we went to the wrong place.

Great donuts. Great staff. I go with the Boston crème and/​or blueberry cake donuts. Delicious. Also, Baskin Robbins ice cream available.

Very polite, adept workers and a friendly atmosphere. Good Baskin Robbins shakes and good DunkinDonuts donuts!
