Owner was very helpful and responsive. He fixed the computer within a day and even stayed late on a Wed so that I could get there from work and pick it up. Even showed me a few things and answered all questions. Price was very reasonable. Would use again.

I had two lab tops that just didn’t power up Jeff took a look at them both and got them yo work one needed a new power cord bought it at a reasonable price. He new what he was doing and the price was great. I have a computer and another laptop will be taking them both there.

Fair and honest.
Hard to find someone to work on a Macbook Air. The Genius Bar at the Apple Store was going to charge me a fortune to replace the screen that had just given out. I might as well have bought a new laptop. A friend recommended Geek’s Not Needed. He was honest that he had never done this before on a Macbook Air, but I figured it was worth the risk. It’s been several months now– and my Macbook Air is sill working like new! He did a great job, and was fair about charging for the time (I know it took him longer than he actually charged). I’m so glad I gave him a shot– saved me a bundle, and I still have my favorite laptop.

I took my laptop in to this place to have cracked screen replaced and after returning home the next day I turned on my laptop and found 9 different malware/​spyware installed and attached to several programs. After closer inspection, I noticed a hairline crack on my display bezel where Jeff attempted to reinstall after repair.
This guy is amateur. I regret taking my equipment anywhere near that place.
Ive spent weeks hunting down the last remaining root kit Jeff installed that has proven hard to remove. So random freezing and rebooting is the norm with my laptop now.
Thanks Jeff. You’ve taught me a very valuable lesson.
