They saved our vacation! Charlotte, the General Manager, and Ryan, the desk clerk, are wonderful! We felt welcomed. Ryan checked us in when we arrived at almost 10 pm and handled our requests with a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Charlotte had put our requests in the system so Ryan knew what we needed. We had stayed at a different brand the previous night with disastrous results. After moving to the Hampton Inn, I was finally able to relax and enjoy the remainder of my vacation. Any time I need a hotel, I will ALWAYS stay at this Hampton Inn.

Hotel is ok… older but seems that it has been recently renovated. I’m a diamond member and travel often throughout the year because of my job. I have been to many, many Hampton’s through my travels, in many different states, but this has been the first to not recognize me as a member until after I was fully checked in, given my key card, and sent on my way. I needed a bottle of water, and when I stopped and asked if members get automatic points, or could I get a water instead of my points… it was then that it clicked with the guy that he should ask if I am a member. Heads up as well, when you get to your room, your room temp is set to 68… like it or not, you can’t change it to a cooler, nor a warmer temperature. They have all thermostats set and locked to that temp. I usually keep my thermostat cooler than that at night, and love to cozy up under Hampton’s awesome comforters… just one thing about Hampton hotels I personally enjoy… but when I contacted the front desk to get my temp in my room adjusted, they refused by saying that it is set to that temp throughout the property and they can’t change it. The clerk came up to my room to satisfy me by making sure my a/c was ok, but was told that it felt fine in my room to him… I was totally floored by his response, especially since he is not staying in my room, nor the person paying for my stay. Nuff said, I immediately got on the phone and booked another property and will never make the mistake of staying at this Hampton again. Bottom line… this Hampton needs to work a bit more on their Customer Service before they end up becoming a Super 8 or Days Inn

This hotel is A-Ok! The staff is nice and the AC works, but it is just an older property which impacts that A-OK rating. As a Hilton Diamond, I was a little shocked when they had a managers reception given that I was never told about during check in. Be sure to ask about this when you check in. Also, they have a Unilocal Check-In offer, so be sure to get your goodie bag.

Hampton Inns are pretty standard… you’ve been to one and you’ve pretty much been to them all. However this one stands out from the other 75 Hampton Inns I’ve stayed over the last few years… THEYHAVE A UnilocalDEAL! Spoiler alert: the surprise is a nice bag with all sorts of sweet and salty snacks. If you are a Diamond guest, go for the points at this hotel instead of a gift because you’ll get all the Diamond snacks in your Unilocal Check In offer. Staff was friendly. My biggest complaint(which I don’t think I have ever encountered) was that when I went down for breakfast at 8:00am there was not a single seat. I grabbed some easy stuff and took it back back up to my room. Also there was a noise that woke me up several times… it sounded like a garage door opening, but I never figured out what it was.

A DUMP. old furniture, carpet that seems dirty whenever i walk on it and the bathtub has marks on it that makes it look dirty. worst hotel i’ve been in.

THis is located in an older part of town away from the major I 10⁄12 corridor. The hotel is indicative of Hampton Inn before the major revamps started in the late 2000’s. I can see this becoming a Days Inn soon as a newer Hampton is built.

I thought the hotel looked very nice. Our room was updated and everything seemed new. Food was fine and lobby was very modern. Quite satisfied with the hotel. Just stayed one night on way home.

Furniture in rooms is worn and some is in rough shape, but carpet is new(or at least smells new) so maybe they are updating hotel. Front desk and breakfast staff are very friendly. Wireless internet signal could be improved.
