If I could put a less than one star I would. My husband called to order flowers. They messed up the order and didn’t seem to understand a simple order. He went online and placed the order based on the picture of the arrangement he wanted. I didn’t get anything close to what he ordered. But we sure did get charged twice for a wrong order. Not only that, the arrangement was not worth what he had paid. I called to complain about being charged two times for the wrong arrangement to be delivered and was met with a very disrespectful owner who yelled in my ear telling me I was only charged one time. My bank statement says another story. She even was so uncouth enough to say she would look into my charge but she probably would not get back with me. Extremely unprofessional. Im hoping to get my money back from the bank. These people seem to be running a great scam. I’ll never do business with them again.

Stay away from this florist. They are very discriminating especially if you are gay. The community needs to know the bigotry.

I just spent 30 minutes on this website ordering flowers for my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day. After the long drawn out process, entering all info, typing up what the card should say and placing the order I got a call from the florist stating«We don’t go that far out.» I said, «Then why did your system accept the order? Did you charge my card?» HUGE waste of my time I am extremely disappointed and must now go in search of another local florist. Shame on you Milton’s Florist!
