Like all Raising Cane’s this is a chicken fingers place. They also have fries, Texas toast and slaw as sides and the best part is the dipping sauce. That said, this is not my regular Cane’s but I did stop here on a road trip.
I stopped at about 3:00 on a Saturday and they were busy, but not lunch time busy. The staff was great, polite, greeted my, the whole nine. For some reason though the order took much longer than at most Cane’s, thus the star demotion. The food was good and consistent with other Cane’s locations. So overall, great, just slow.

Great local place for chicken fingers. Best in Louisiana hands down. This location is like most Raising Canes, but maybe a little smaller dining area. None the less they are fast with your food and its consistently great.

Good place but only if you really like chicken fingers. No other options to choose from if the kids don’t like it. Also they started charging extra if you want their sauce. Why else does anyone come here? Plus their meals are already expense. A bit of a scam if you ask me. 2 stars for this branch.

Arrived at 10:05am and the doors were still locked. The employee sweeping the parking lot said they opened at 10am (as well as the sign on the door). I said, «well I guess I will eat somewhere besides here today.» The employee responded, «okay.»

Raising Canes. Probably the best chicken I have ever eaten. Better than Popeyes, KFC and any other chicken place. From their crispy and juicy chicken, to their fries, and sauce, to their delicious and I repeat delicious bread. (I always order extra bread) I can’t imagine how much calories this has but hey once in a while can’t hurt. Love, Love, Love and definitely recommend any Canes Restaurant.

Raising Cane’s is one of the smartest franchises I’ve seen in my lifetime. it originated in Baton Rouge my freshman year of college and quickly became a hit due to it’s simple-​enough-​for-​drunk-​kids menu and it’s open-​till-​3am-​for-​drunk-​kids hours. Plus, the chicken is always fresh and delicious.
This Hammond location is one of the finest I’ve ever been to. New, clean, and the food is always exactly as ordered, plus hot and fresh. Perfectly fried french fries, perfectly grilled texas toast, and simple, but awesome, chicken tenders. No brainer.
