Rent-A-Wheel

I would like to start by saying i have been a very loyal customer from rimmco before this company rent a wheel took over a year or so ago in the beginning they were ok now i would not recommened anyone not my worst enemy… keep in mind a store like this is great to have for people with not so. Good creidt but does that mean mean treat your customers like they are nothing… now at first… this store seemed ok when I first came aftername changei went in to the store few days ago and i over heard the manager telling a guy he was to busy to help him al because the man could not see and theguy said go get your glasses and then come back… now where did this guy com from and manager thats like saying rentawheel has no respesct for there company… needless to say a young lady working thier seem to be bother as well and began helping the guy no matter what the issue is customers all come first… this store manager seems very confused as to what a real manager is all about i will not say my name but i have been a manager own of a local store in town and side note to upper management get rid of this guy your store has a very down vibe its likeneeding help and he knows nothing but he acts like heknows it alll about tires not sure his job before this one but bet manager was not one… you say goodbye to a very loyal cusotmer next stop corprate and for the new guy one eazy thing to remember is customers first… thanks to the staff thats been there and please find new ones to replace new ones… this store is a joke stay away
