Couldn’t hope for more from this sort of establishment; laid back and friendly crowd, never have to ask for refills, and the cook serves up perfect made to order eggs each time. Surprising amount of seating for such a small building. My hubby loves the eggs benedict, I try different things from the menu each time as everything seems to be homemade and delicious! When our guests from away come to town, this spot is always on our list of places to hit for breakfast.

Great place for breakfast! Everything is freshly made and home made jams for your toast. They have a great selection to choose from, including home made donuts and muffins! Great staff very friendly. In Hampden not Brewer.

Great greasy spoon breakfast option along 1A when Down East. Everything was delish including the homemade jams. Busy on a weekday morning but wasn’t made to feel rushed and coffee refills were regular. Service was friendly. We’ll definitely hit this place again when we come through Hampden.

This restaurant is NOT in Brewer, it is in Hampden. Street address is correct but not town. Map it yourself until the listing is corrected.

Service and food are a bit slow when busy, but food is great, price is right, and you feel like part of the community. Not diner greasy — try the homemade bread, toasted with homemade strawberry-​rhubarb jam. Go when you aren’t in a rush and want to enjoy a nice breakfast with a friend.

A fixture to the local Hampden community. Small place that is packed most days for breakfast. Service was a bit slow with one waitress for the entire place but it was well worth the wait. Food was excellent. Jam that came with my toast was homemade which was a nice touch and showed attention to detail.
