First off I would like to state that I am college student who frequents Dunkin Donuts multiple times a week during my commutes. Out of all of the Dunkin Donuts locations I have visited Hampden, Maine is the worst. Here is why my experience with this Dunkin Donuts is so horrible. 1. This DD is very slow when it comes to preparing food. They are on the slower end of making drinks as well, but closer to the average DD. 2. Every time I have gone to this DD my food is both under cooked and cold. Most of the time they end up needing to make more hash browns when I ask for them and this increases waiting time significantly. I waited about 10 minutes one time at this location just for them to make more hash browns. 3. The location of this DD seems like it would have been convenient in theory but in reality it is hard to leave their parking lot because they are right beside a 4 way intersection making it hard to turn. And their parking lot is the smallest one I have ever seen. The only reason I am giving this location two stars is because their customer service is fine and their employees are polite. The only way I can imagine that they are staying in business is by getting a lot of students from the local high school about a quarter of a mile down the road. I will be avoiding this DD from now on and going to one of the many in Bangor.

Évaluation du lieu : 1 Hampden, ME
The newest Bangor area DD, have given them several chances and they are slow and still screw up my order every time. Suggest you go to one of the Bangor stores they seem to be better managed or just have more competent folks. I will try in another 6 months, I live in Hampden, so it would be nice to have them reconcile their shortcomings, but as of two days ago they had not.
