I’M GOINGTOBEBLUNT! Customer Service received when ordering/picking up is the WORST I’ve ever received. The Girl resembled the awesome Pizza maker in the back — Manager? Owner? They are likely siblings. A shame really because he is awesome. From the phone encounter where I was inconveniencing the girl for giving them business to the order pick-up where I was informed my pizza was incorrectly made. HUH? To the argument and attitude that followed the statement. DOUBLEHUH? Since when does a Pizza establishment not offer Pie Cut? OHRIGHT! BP down the street purchases these«LIKE every day at LIKE the same time». Apparently I must order a pizza/day to ensure I receive it EXACTLY as I ordered. Isn’t that the idea of a wait time? A second order taker suggested they remake to which the Girl responded«WEDONTDOTHAT». I’ll NEVER spend another $$ at this local establishment. After Hundreds and Hundreds of $$ spend… It’s too bad really — used to love their pizza. EEK! METHINKSNOT.

Best pizza around! I’ve been ordering from here for a few years. Always good. Better than any of the other surrounding rosatis.

Best take out and pizza in all of Hampshire. Hands down. There is nothing but junk other than chikin dip. I’m so happy they’re in town. Oh and get the Cheef!

Since moving to Hampshire in 2007, I had to find out which pizza joint was near by. Found out there was a Rosati’s in town. The pizza is great. But, there have been times when I would call in an order for a Calzone. My first time trying one made me love it a lot. Basically a giant pizza roll. It’s tough to eat without using utensils. But worth it. Haven’t had one recently but I still keep it in mind if I ever get real hungry.

This is a great local pizza joint. I feel like Rosati’s is like a higher quality«chain» pizza place — not spectacular, but very good and fits the bill when I have a craving for a hot slice or a sandwich. The best part about this particular Rosati’s is that they deliver to my home very quickly, and they can actually navigate the buildings and find my unit :) Only taking 1 star off cause I’ve had better pizza(it is Chicagoland) but it’s a minor gripe, I consider myself a regular here.

don’t stop, go elsewhere. was told food would be ready in 8 — 10 mins. checked-in after 15 mins, as i saw everyone standing around, overheard them say they missed the ticket [so order was never started]. was told 5 more mins ’til ready, as the cook ran around. got my order after 34 mins, in total. no apology, or explanation, for the wait. as another person noted, too many people sitting around and talking… my order: chicken parm sandwich [2 chicken fingers on bread] & fries food was sloppy and just tasted like salt. first and last experience.

Goodness! I went to this Rosatis to pick up a sandwich and Wow. There must have been 10 employees, but I was the only one there and I waited 15 minutes. I would understand if 5 of the employees weren’t just talking to each other. Next the sandwich was made incorrectly and on the stalest bread I have ever had. They should really be embarrassed to serve this to a customer, in person non the less, after that kind of wait. Ouch!

I’ve had sandwiches ordered out from this place; meatball sub, Italian subs, Italian beef(w cheese and w/o) a BLT and a really great burger. The BLT was really a great novelty; the long bun(split Turano, of course) was lined with fresh lettuce leaves and tomatoes and the whole inside was then filled with crisp real bits of broken bacon. Niiiiiice. The burger was outstanding, better from this pizza joint than many places that call themselves«burger joints.» Actually, this compared favorably with a Red Robin burger — and even better because I got it made to temperature(medium rare; yum!!). From the speed of the dissapearance of the beef sang-wiches, they were a hit as well. Happy smiles and thumbs up all around.

We ordered a meatball sandwich and an italian sub. We didn’t have to wait long for the sandwiches and they were nice and fresh. Both of them were huge, I ended up making two meals out of the sub. Lots of cheese on top of the meatball sandwich. Very tasty. I would patronize this Rosatis again.
