LAST RESORT ONLY!
This company has a large well lit sign that says «same day service» this is not the case! NOT EVEN CLOSE… I have now for the second time dropped off cloths and was told it would be 4 days before my clothing would be ready… The employees are inconsistent and seem incompetent. Go somewhere else!

The tailoring is well done, but the customer service is inconsistent. There have been occasions when I arrived to pick up clothes during regular business hours and they were closed, with no explanation, half an hour early. Another time, I had to wait 30 minutes for the person who does the tailoring to get back from a mid-​morning shopping trip. When she finally returned, she kept stepping away from me to help other customers even though there was another person helping them. I won’t go back.
