C. Melucci Salon & Spa

Great find! I had my first appointment at C. Melucci with Lindsay and she was fantastic. I had a haircut and highlights done. Lindsay took the time to make sure she understood exactly what I was looking for in terms of color and style. I explained how frustrated I was that my gray hair still shows with highlights and she suggested dying just the roots and pulling through some of that color with low lights. The results were perfect. Looking forward to my next appointment!

I just recently moved to Danville from Hudson, NH and was searching for a great salon in the area. When I Googled hair salons in the area C. Melucci was the first to pop up on the search. I read the reviews and decided to give it a shot. I got an appointment with Lindsay, she did a wonderful job!
The receptionist was so friendly and right away offered me a nice glass of wine! Everyone was so welcoming, you felt as if you were right at home.
Lindsay did a great job. Exactly what I wanted. The color and cut came out great. She was extremely personable and friendly.
I already made another appointment and will definitely continue to go to her!
Not to mention for a partial foil and cut it was $ 94 which is reasonable. Well worth it!

I’ve struggled to find a salon has talented stylists AND is reasonably priced. I’ve tried several in the past few years since moving to southern NH, and I’ve either had really bad styles, poor customer service, or paid high end salon prices.
I learned about this salon from a client at my own job — she is an employee there. I decided to go in and check out their menu of services on my lunch break. Prices seemed reasonable, so I called and booked my appointment. I had checked out all of the stylists online and had hoped to be booked with Kristen M. as luck would have it, that’s exactly who I got! She was very friendly and welcoming. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and actually said she was reluctant to do a service until my color grew out, stating it would make my hair unhealthy and she didn’t want to be responsible. I appreciated her honesty and concern. I got the best cut and color from her and was thrilled with the price. My color has help up well and looks natural — just the way I like it. Kristen took the time to ensure I walked away loving my look!
In observing other stylists while waiting under the dryers, they seem talented, too.
It’s not a salon with a lot of frills, though it’s very clean and inviting. They have a separate nail area. I loved that I could tip on my credit card. So many places require cash tips now. This makes it easy and allows me to tip a bit more generously, as I rarely have cash. They offer coffee, tea, etc.
I recently had my second cut with Kristen and was equally pleased with the results! It was also like sitting and chatting with an old friend. She gives pretty awesome scalp massages during the wash, too! They don’t hard sell products like many salons I have been to. Brought our teenaged daughter here for a cut and she loved her hairstyle as well!
So happy to have found a consistent, friendly, reasonable and exceptional salon!

5 stars, hands down. Easy location off 111, has a gym (and a kids’ gym, and a daycare) in the same building, and just a really nice space. The staff is very friendly. I went in for a shellac mani and a pedi and couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience. Will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

First off, this salon used to be Salon Sophia and is now known as C. Melucci; but it’s the same owners and such. I came to Salon Sophia years ago and returned when it became C. Melucci. I saw Lindsay for my haircut and I can without a doubt say it is the best haircut I have ever gotten. Lindsay listened to what I wanted and then did it beyond my expectations. The pricing is extremely fair. I spent 60+ at the Bleu Tangerine in Hampstead for a haircut I hated and I pay 40.00 at most here for cuts I love. I highly recommend this place.
