I’m sitting the chair right now for a pedi and my wife for a mani pedi. This is the 3rd time we’ve come here since the new owner took over. Every time my wife has called ahead and requested a certain tech. She’s been told they were available and we show up at the appropriate time. Bam, the old Q nails switcheroo. She did not get the person she requested. I’m not as picky about who does mine but I’ve gotten stuck with what appears to be a trainee who is overly rough(she’s drawn blood once already). Not blaming her as she looks like she’s a bit lost and not given any direction. The owner has no sense of customer service and this place has gone down hill. It’s a shame as this was a reliable spot for a few years but sorry after 3 consecutive lackluster visits we’re looking for a new spot.

This use to be a great place. Nice people, a smiling face would greet you at the door, free wifi, they would bring you a drink, free hand massage. Everyone was friendly. They would play good music or watch cooking shows. Loved it there. Everyone seemed happy it was a treat to go there. Now there is a new owner, the free wifi is gone, I get a hand massage only because one of the few remaining old staff is still there. They were playing Kenny G Christmas music today… it was 80 degrees out and I’m sick of anything that reminds me of winter. Oh and the music is so loud you can’t hear yourself think. The new owner looks like shes been sucking lemons. They double book now and I had to wait a half an hour, use to wait 10 minute tops. The only reason I go back is that my wonderful nail tech Nick is still there.
