Great food limited menu. Staff attentive and polite. Chef very good. This continues to surprise.

I have eaten a few of their burgers, and pasta dishes and filet. It’s all low quality food with no taste. The Kings Table is poorly managed, and it shows frequently out of food. Filthy greasy carpets and drab atmosphere, service questionable since it depends who’s working the times I’ve eaten there. They need to get it together.

This place is a joke, drive into Wilmington. I’ve been here a few times over the last few years and it only seems to get worse. My mom owns a house in the development/community/neighborhood in Castle Bay and has now had to face embarrassment at least 3 times while trying to take her family out to «a nice dinner» going to this place(while expecting and welcoming a likely 500+$ bill). They screw up nearly everything. Mussels marinara, forgot the linguine and marinara. Alfredo pasta for the little one, forgot the Alfredo sauce. Chicken Alfredo where the chicken is so undercooked it’s near certain food poisoning. $ 18 steak entrée ordered medium shows up extra-rare still bleeding. Everyone’s meals are cold, etc, etc… Then, like an overt insult, the manager drops off a «10% off coupon» after 8 out of 9 of our party sends back their meals(just classless). I crumpled up the coupon and ate it lol(it too was under seasoned lol). They ended up charging us $ 180+ for drinks and such, even after nearly no one even ate anything and they had f**ked almost everything up lol! Did I mention it was 90 minutes from ordering, to actual food arriving at our table lol?! This place is preying on the older clientele who own homes on the golf course, and them not complaining. They have no business listing anything on their menu above $ 9 if all they can only reliably deliver is a decent burger or grilled cheese. It’s nearly criminal how poor the experience is for the prices listed on their menu, but it’s not about the price, they just can’t deliver, and wasting people’s time is worth more and warrants more scorn(’cause a patron/victim could just drive into Wilmington). Go to Taco Bell, or McDonald’s, or whatever if you’re stuck in Hampstead, it’ll suck, but it’ll at least arrive hot and not let you down, and you’ll feel better then getting fleeced at this place. Fire up the grill and make your own memories because you won’t find any good ones at this establishment from what I’ve experienced, and they’ve delivered too many memories of my party and I sending things back and wishing we’d went somewhere else to not recommend avoiding the place like a plague.

I’ve eaten here a few times and the food is really good. Finally had the Shrimp Po’Boy and it was great! Give this a try.

I live in the neighborhood and have been to King’s Table with my wife on several occasions. The service and food are both very good. I wish it was a little more busy. It’s a nice place to go for a quick dinner. Just a little off the beaten path for those not living in Castle Bay. If you live in Hampstead, I absolutely recommend the place!

The food is tasty, well prepared, and a good value. The staff is friendly and well trained. The restaurant is quiet, pleasant, clean and well maintained. The Kings Table is our favorite place to eat in the Hampstead area. We go there often.
