This is a great place to help out a charity and people in need of an inexpensive alterntive to purchase better items than normally available. Once a year I do some house cleaning, then I drop off my «stuff» and everyone is happy. It makes me feel good to reach out and help others.

This thrift store is small, but clean and well organized. Most items are not priced, but the helpful staff is more than happy to answer pricing questions. Be sure to check out the $ 2 per item clothing racks in the back of the store!

Well, I think I’m reviewing the correct place… lol. The Dominican Sisters opened a thrift shop on Montauk Hwy. in downtown Hampton Bays a few years ago and the proceeds benefit the Family Health Services organization. I visited while home over Labor Day and was actually QUITE impressed at what they had to offer. All the clothing items were in very good condition, with many items looking brand new. Really nice brands on the racks too, I tried on a really nice pair of Ann Taylor wool slacks that were priced at $ 10 and saw Liz Claiborne and other nice business clothes. They had a lot of different items(mostly organized by color) in a variety of sizes. A number of cute shoes, too(none in my boat-sized 11’s, sadly). They also offer a variety of odds’n’ends items, like cookbooks, jewlery, scarves, unique housewares, etc. Well organized for how small the shop is(the dressing room is tight but works!). I’d definitely go back to check it out again.
