Friendly’s

This place ha a lousy menu think a place like this would have basic Cezar dressing in this place. Do not come here food quality not good looks nice from street could it even drink the ice tea

Good food & service. Ice cream is amazing. If you’re visiting try getting up earlier to go to the buffet. If not then they already have good prices and meal portions. They also have half off apps after 9. Overall my experience here has been good. The waffle fries are the only complaint (they were cold and old)

Clam strip dinners here are quite good. Burger platters with fries rank high also. Save room for dessert because the ice cream stands out among some of the best I have ever had.

I wanted to like this place.
I stopped in here on two separate occasions the most recent being this Friday ⁶⁄₅. On my 1^st visit I came in around 10p double checked the kitchen was still open and ordered a chicken sandwich with fries. It came out pretty quick but the sandwich was like warm and the fries tasted like they were sitting under the heat lamp for over an hour!
The cherry coke tastes like medicine! Come to find out, they add syrup to the already sweetened coke!
This friday, I went with their new spicy burger which is supposed to be a burger with grilled onions Cajun sauce and pepper jack cheese with lettuce and tomato. Don’t forget the fries!
Food was out in record time and as I looked at the burger it was just oozing grease. The brioche bun was toasted and the onions were more charred than grilled. As I bit into it, You could barely taste the burger! It was mostly grease and charred bits of onion.
The fries were DOA.
I felt bad because on both occasions my servers were great!
So please Friendly’s, either retrain the short order cook or get a new one!

This is by far the best Friendly’s I have ever been to!

I came here with my girlfriend while we were waiting for my tire to be fixed down the block. The service was friendly and the food was great. We shared a delicious sundae. The only thing they could maybe improve is the décor/​cleanliness of the restaurant. It looked like they hadn’t run a vacuum around the place in a while. Overall, food & service was great. I’d come back here. I mean really though… the ice cream is amazing.

Ummm, anyone who ever had a run in with the craptacular HB Diner next door would NEVER give this Friendly’s one-​star. It’s a vast improvement on the old days, when the only sit-​down eats open for breakfast, lunch and dinner was the diner. Lord help us, I spent many a bill there on a hideous bagel & cream cheese or a stale and lonely cookie. Friendly’s is a million times better, and it’s consistent.
Admittedly, I love all-​American food like this. It’s great for hangovers, bad moods and pretty much any time you need an edible pick-​me-​up. I was so thrilled when this place opened, and it’s still one of my fave spots in town. You know what you’re getting, the service is decent enough and I love the menu.
On the downside, my gram, uncle and aunt apparently got sick after eating here one day, but since it didn’t happen to me … well, it doesn’t concern me a whole lot. Hell, they could have had a bad breakfast before they arrived or something. You never know.

Friendly’s is Friendly’s, but at least this one is a bit nicer/​newer.

What can you expect from Friendly’s? Greasy, fast food, that you just have to have every once in awhile. I am not the biggest fan of Friendly’s, but everyone eats it every now and again. Their icecream is great. The service, like every other Friendly’s, leaves a lot to be desired. The food, is exactly what you expect and sits in your stomach for hours. If you’re in a pinch, want food quick, and don’t want to pay too much — head to Friendly’s, but I think you already knew that!
