Well, to start off, I found a finger nail in my burrito the other day. I was beyond disgusted with the discovery and I chose to never buy food from here again. Thus, bringing up the story of the other time I purchased spoiled milk from the cafeteria. I was beyond stunned. The milk not only expired a month prior, but it actually expired a whole year prior! But lets go back to the food. For starters, the roast beef looks like Stacys …. The meal itself is so outrageous, I go home, curl up into a ball and throw it up in such a vigorous form I remain paralyzed for 3 minutes. I have to go to the hospital at least once a week to get all of the garbage sucked out of my system. I get so sick I am forced to take days off of school which stabs me in the back later down the road because I will end up not getting the credits for my classes. All-in-All, I think the High Schools cafeteria should be banned from being allowed to sell food to children or shut down completely before it kills somebody. To be completely honest, I don’t even know how they consider this ‘meal’ a meal. The lack of nutrition and protein restrains my muscle growth. I have only grown 2 centimeters during this entire school year due to the lack of the nutrition. Bringing me to another topic. Everybody in the school can vouch for me when I say they either found this food in the dumpster or bought it off of an-brand company. This food is so atrocious, my friends and I occasionally catch ourselves begging for food from one of the Seniors who gets an off period. Bringing me on to my discussion about the food portioning. Another thing that baffles me is how they consider 4 chicken nuggets a COMPLETE meal. They only allow 2 ketchup packets BUT you can purchase as many cookies as many cookies as you would like for $ 0.45. You can tell that everything has been frozen for over a week by the fact that the food tastes so foul. The food makes me so sick to the point where I question why it is my only option of a meal. I am requesting a daily delivery from Pop Eyes to our school. I would pay top dollar for a meal involving REAL meat. I will end my discussion on that note. I hope the Hampton Bays High School can take some of this into thought and maybe up their budget on what they’re serving us.
