The prices on the merchandise are very high. The merchandise is inferior and is not worth the price. However, the worst part of this store is that the service is positively awful. The owner Tom is nasty and uses foul language to customers; They do not stand by there products. I rate this store 0 stars. I would recommend take the trip to home depot or lowes.

Nicest people in Hampton’s. Have (almost) everything you could need. If they don’t have it — you belong in another store. Neighborhood standard for locals — and an all-​in-​one stop for vacationers needing anything.

Feels like Howard Cunnigham runs this place. The local hardware stoe in Hampton Bays has everything the do-​it-​yoursefer needs to ruin his or her weekend. I have been a customer for over 16 years now, and the staff is always there to help you find exactly what you need.
