I had the same experience as everyone else here, except there were no Unilocal reviews at the time I purchased my LivingSocial coupon. I attempted multiple times to contact this company. The first time I «talked» to someone on the phone I swear it was a toddler or other young child, who«took a message» and said someone would call me back. Did that happen? NO. And after learning that this company is more of a call center than a moving service I’m not surprised. LivingSocial just ran another«deal» for Ahnn’s, which had 151 coupons sold as I type this. I was able to get LivingSocial credit(the window for a full refund had passed), and I hope other people are able to get their money back. DON’T WASTEYOURTIME, MONEY, OREFFORTONTHISCOMPANY.

Do Not use this company! I was told they would confirm my move the night prior to the move and no one called me to set a time. I tried to call them the day of the move and they would not return my call. They left me in a bind. They advertise cheap moving… but what is cheap when they never show up. I called Atlanta Peachtree Movers and they showed up the same day, at the time promised and moved me without an issue. This company should not be in business, if indeed it is a real company.

Pay attention to the previous reviews. THEYARETRUE. I have been trying to schedule a move for 2 weeks. Called again 4 days ago(on Saturday) around 2 pm. I was told by the answering service my LivingSocial voucher was no longer being honored at noon on that day. What??? The voucher is valid until Jan 2014. After contacting LivingSocial, I received an email from them that my dispute had been cleared and to contact Ahnn’s to schedule my move. My complaint was the 2nd received by LivingSocial. Called for 3 days with no response. Finally received a call on the fourth day from another moving company i have never heard of to inform me that the deal I purchased had a typo and the 3 hrs of moving I paid for is actually 2 hours. The 3rd hour will cost me an additional $ 100. I agree with everyone else, this company does not exist. I am going to contact one of the local news agencies to do an investigation on this company.

Bought a deal on LivingSocial for Ahnn’s moving services. Called to set it up and the woman who answered the phone took all my info and said I’d receive a call after 6 p.m. Never got a call. The same thing happened for the next three days. On the fourth day I spoke with a woman named Brandy who actually revealed a little more information – the people answering the phones work at a call center, and not at Ahnn’s Movers, and there is no way for customers to directly contact Ahnn’s Movers. They also will not provide info for the business or owners. She also told me not to expect a phone call that evening, but that I would receive a call after 6 p.m. THENIGHTBEFORETHEREQUESTEDMOVINGDATE to confirm whether Ahnn’s can actually show up or not. What kind of a system is that? Pretty ridiculous. Called LivingSocial, got a refund, and now I’m going to go with someone reputable like Peach Movers or Mark the Mover.

I agree with the other review left. The customer service«IS» horrible. I have called three times and have not received a call back and the representatives that answer the line have horrible attitudes. I bought a coupon for moving and I will be redeeming my coupon and looking else where for movers. What kind of company is this?!

This is my first review and I had to comment. I was constantly told I would get a return phone call and never received one. I called this moving place three days in a row. I don’t have time for this I am trying to relocate as smoothly as possible and this was very frustrating. I paid money and I deserve the services I paid for. The run-a-round I’ve been put through makes me skeptical about this moving company and this voucher system. I normally purchase through Groupon with no problem and I want a refund so that I may get a moving company on Groupon before it’s too late. Three days of no communication is not professional.
