Be prepared to be jerked around.
Went in Friday due to the charging plug being broke on my phone. I was assured by the kid working there it could be fixed while I waited but the person who does the work wasn’t in until Sunday.
On Sunday I went in only to be told that the kid was wrong, that all parts had to be ordered and would take at least a week to arrive. Then I was told that I had to leave my cell phone while they waited on the part.
I told the repair person that I was not leaving my phone for a week when all it would be doing is waiting on a part. He said that was policy, not mine I informed him and left.
