There is not a drop box at this location. Also bad customer service, I asked for help and the lady had me hand write a form, only to have to wait and have her type it into the system, all I needed was to change something so I could have just said it to her without having to waste a form, piece of paper and my time. She said they got rid of drop boxes because they kept getting vandalized but why not have a box inside then instead of having to wait on her? Like the post office has. The building was also hot. I wouldn’t return here if I had a choice but this is who my company uses for shipping.

Horrible service from FedEx period. The package being sent to me was supposed to be overnighted Monday. It didn’t get picked up until Wednesday. I’m getting updates saying I should get it delivered by today at 10:30, so I call in late to work so I can wait(because a signature is required). It’s now 12, I have yet to see my delivery. When I call the 1 – 800 number for Fed Ex, I’m told that there’s a «delay» because of weather. Sorry dude, but it’s not raining OR snowing. There’s no bad weather in the area when the package«left» the ship center at 9:48 this morning. TRYAGAIN! There’s also no one locally I can speak with about my delivery. I’m overly frustrated with no real answers as to WHEN my package will be here. I won’t be using fed ex anytime soon.

This delivery location is an absolute joke. Door tags were placed on my door twice when I was home and the driver didn’t even attempt to knock on my door to check if I was there. Furthermore, when I called customer service about this I was told 3 delivery attempts were made when only 2 had been attempted. Avoid FedEx in this area.

They have held my «overnight» package for 10 days. I have seen the truck in our parking lot 4times since the delivery was due. What is going on???

3 days late on delivery. Auto tracker says in Hampton, phone robot says on the way. No way to talk to a human, no local listed number. I am glad Lynda had luck, because I did not. Closed today at 1:00pm. Not impressed and will try and find a way to make a real complaint. Bottom line rating… hide behind recordings… no good.

I just got to experience customer service from a major corporation that I thought no longer existed in this day and age. I had missed a delivery attempt of an extremely important package. Granted another attempt could have been made or I could have gone to pick it up. Unfortunately, I am headed out to sea for a bit. However, after a phone call and an explanation of my situation, they were going to request a same day re-delivery. They explained that it wasn’t a guarantee but they were going to try. 2 hours later… Ding dong!!! They re-delivered! Now I can go out to sea with no worries or stress of my package’s fate! Great customer service. Thank you for taking care of me.
