a greyhound staffer is only around near a bus departure time. the station has several benches indoors, to use the restroom you need to ask the security guards to let you in. a couple blocks walk to hampton downtown waterfront area where there are various restaurants, bars, and shops. my greyhound was35 min late and no one came out to explain what was happening, just one person working and she was selling tickets. tickets can be purchased at a 7 – 11 nearby apparently. i think i agree that leaving from norfolk is a better idea since the bus depot there has more«support.». Megabus also leaves from this location, based on my greyhound experiences they may be a better choice if they are going where you need to go.

Évaluation du lieu : 2 Hampton, VA
This GreyHound stop is located inside the Hampton Transit station, which is primarily for the local buses in Hampton Roads. The staff are very nice and will get you what you need… however there are some big problems. Because the booth is franchised it runs really odd hours.(7:30−9:30am, 2−4pm, 6−9pm Mon-Sat). Which is bad enough, but to compound this, they do not even keep their own hours. It’s not a surprise in the least for them to be 15 – 30 minutes late and then leave early. All in all you will be doing yourself a big favor if you went to the station in Norfolk.
