Hired late summer to repair water leak in crawl space. Paid him thinking the job was complete… to later find (with research), he should’ve checked the vent on roof. He acknowledged this should have been done. He committed to return & complete the job. It has been repeated commitments & 6 weeks & «no show.»
Lesson Learned: Deal w reputable, long standing companies that back their work, pay with card or check (so u can stop payment), don’t pay any of ‘em before the job is done!!!
