Every time I come here for ice cream, the machine is always «inoperable». It’s never working, and they don’t even attempt to fix it. It’s more than obvious they are too lazy to even fix it. The customer service was the worst when asked why was the machine never working.

Hampton, VA
There are very few McDonald’s that are not run well and this is one of the better ones mainly due to the people who work there. It seems that for every semi-​clueless new hired youngster there are two or three seasoned pros keeping everything going smooth.
Since this location is close to work I hit it often in the morning and sometimes at lunch. The food is always what I expect. The service is always excellent. I sometimes wonder how some of those who work the window can be so cheerful at 6:30am.
