Hampton, VA
Provides a very basic carpet cleaning service. Best for lightly soiled carpets. They will make a few passes with the steam wand and that’s it — no real effort to remove stains. If your carpet has a stain in a small area pretreat it with an Oxiclean based spray and just don’t tell them — the steam will remove the worst spots; don’t tell them you pretreated. They will also try to get you to tell them the age of your carpet; if it’s more 2 years old they will claim they can’t get the spots out because of the age. Fastest stair cleaning I’ve ever seen; of course they missed half of the carpet that needed to be cleaned.
