Can’t say enough good about the attention to detail and thorough level of work. I sprained my thumb and my daughter had stitches in her index finger preventing either of us from grabbing a rake just one week prior to the last leaf pick up. These folks came by and cleaned the entire property: under bushes, stairs, dog pen, behind the garage, all grassed areas, flower beds, etc. Topping it off they edged all of the grass areas. I was very surprised as I walked the property checking out their work. You won’t be disappointed.

Was looking to hire someone to do weekly yard work and Cody was referred by a few people and had good Unilocal reviews so I decided to give him a try. I initially requested a quote online via their Unilocal linked website on April 6^th and never got a response (still haven’t). So I decided to call on April 13^th and followed up with an immediate text with my address after he said he would be out in a day or two. On the evening of the 15^th I hadn’t heard anything so I messaged him and he informed me he had me down for the next day. The following evening I got a call apologizing and saying they had a late start that day but would get to me first thing the following morning. I appreciated the call, but unfortunately they never showed up at all the following day so I was forced to tell them I would find someone more reliable.
UPDATE: The owner Cody has tried to make up for my bad experience by offering a free mow on several occasions. Though I already found another weekly mowing service, I appreciate his attempts to fix it.

I can’t tell you how wonderful the owner Cody Stickle is. He has done a wonder on replacing the weeds in our yard with beautiful green grass, new mulch, and has countless times edged and weed whacked around our property. He also tills our garden once a year to prepare it for planting. Cody is always on time, gets the job done quickly and efficiently and always helps with knowledge and advice.
